Richard Brooks (Director, Executive Chef and the inspiration behind Centralbay), has worked in professional kitchens and restaurants for 16 years in England, France, Spain, Italy and Australia. His wide knowledge and depth of understanding of the operational requirements in all departments of foodservice, particularly in the kitchen, gives him a sound base of knowledge for him to manage foodservice facilities.
